We offer full training and support in a friendly environment. We ensure full support is given to new staff to ensure they are competent and safe in their role and therefore enjoy their new careers.
We train in the new Care Certificate which is transferable across the care field and we encourage our staff to undertake the Health and Social Care Diploma once they are confident in their role and wish to progress further in their career in care. We offer full support with this including paid study time or help with funding fees.
For experienced carers, we offer regular updates of mandatory training and courses to suit your needs. We welcome experienced carers to our team and are sure you will agree we offer the best employment conditions around when you speak to us.
